My copy of “Agile Transformation” by Michael Spayd and Michele Madore, Author, ICE-EC arrived yesterday (yay!), and I’m about halfway through. What a great read! One thing I am glad about is that I’ve had the chance to read a few of the authors that make a prominent appearance: Kegan (/Lahey) – Immunity to Change, Laloux – Reinventing Organizations, Adams/Anderson – Mastering Leadership / Scaling Leadership. That gave me a lot of context for some terms that show up relatively bare and suddenly, and get expanded on later.
