What’s your best analogy for an agile coach or scrum master? I think I recently hit upon my favorite: a golf caddie. Watch “One-of-a-kind Marcie” on Apple tv+ (or elsewhere) to get an idea of why.

If you identify as an #Introvert, and you haven’t seen the new Peanuts movie “One-of-a-kind Marcie”, run – don’t walk – to check it out. It’s so gooood! Thank you Susan Cain for sharing about it in your newsletter.

Shower thought: I don’t think the power of introverts, like myself, comes from the observable, outer characteristic of “quiet”. For me it comes from an inner, unobservable characteristic of “being still”. I posit that introverts are able to “be still” on the inside, quieting the mind chatter that usually goes on. That’s the introvert superpower. #SusanCain #Quiet #introverts #introversion #HappyIntrovert #introvert I wonder what you’ve found Susan Cain? I don’t remember if that’s something that shows up in the book.

The expression about “you can’t have your cake and eat it too” never made sense to me. When I’m eating cake and someone asks me what I’m doing I say “I’m having cake.” Send help, please.

Scrum is a bit like when you’re trying to track your food intake for body weight management. It doesn’t really help much if you only track the vegetables you eat and not the chocolate cake.
