Servant Leadership often comes at a great cost – invisibility and going unrecognized. If you want servant leadership in your organization, make sure you turn up your sensing and awareness. Find ways to become attuned to what’s really happening in the “field” of your organization. And learn about the manager’s “invisible gun” (look up Gerald M. Weinberg).
