How do you want to equip yourself for that, and who do you want to surround yourself with to get through it all? What does getting through it all mean to you?

Thank you for a great learning experience Angela Belle Agresto and Karen Bruns. It was an engaging 5 sessions over 3 weeks for me, finally diving into the TBR principles and (virtual) tools a little deeper.

Servant Leadership often comes at a great cost – invisibility and going unrecognized. If you want servant leadership in your organization, make sure you turn up your sensing and awareness. Find ways to become attuned to what’s really happening in the “field” of your organization. And learn about the manager’s “invisible gun” (look up Gerald M. Weinberg).
